So I've received a lot of submissions and I think there's enough here to choose from in regards to the featured deviation.

So who wants their work featured? This is how it'll work:

1. Look through the club gallery and vote for your favorite hat/drawing
2. Note me with a link to the work you've chosen
3. Depending on the outcome, I'll probably have to narrow it down to a few selections towards the end(FINAL ROUND!!!)
4. The deviation with the most votes gets the featured spot for a month and advertised.
5. Also, I'll allow you to vote for your own deviation, but if it just gets to the point where every person just has one vote for their own work....err I'm going to have to call it off <.<

Club Description

This club is for anyone who loves top hats or top hat related art. We accept any form of art, as long as it has something to do with top hats ^__^.



Rules for Joining

1.Send a note titled Join.

2.Put a link to the club in your journal.

3.DevWatch the club.

4.When your accepted, you'll be put on our member list and you'll be able to submit art and participate in all of the club happenings.



Rules of Submission

1.Send a link to the deviation you want posted in a note titled Submit.

2.When your deviation is posted, you'll get a response saying that it's posted.
